In this 30-minute Pilates based post rehabiliation program, physical therapist Christine Romani-Ruby teaches you how to protect your back while getting a complete work out with just a mat, small ball and a resistance band. Because the YUR BACK Stability Level II program holds the spine in a neutral position, it is a safe, but challenging workout appropriate for you if you are adding it to either the Yur Back flexion or extension or stability level I program as a progression. If you are unsure which program is right for you, just ask your physical therapist for guidance.
