Kat is a certified Pilates and yoga instructor. Kat completed her pilates training in 2006 through PhysicalMind Institute in Tampa, Florida and completed her 200 hour yoga training in 2011. She has been to Pilates conferences over the years and takes Pilates classes as often as possible.
Kat started Pilates when she broke her pelvis at age 21, Awful!! Pilates was part of her rehab, and fell in love. For the past 4 years, she has practiced Brazilian jiujitsu several times per week, and couldn’t do the sport without her Pilates knowledge.
Kat’s favorite equipment is the Wunda-ful chair. She has one at home and is determined to have her clients love it as much as she does! She likes how the chair keeps your pilates practice honest, not to mention if you forget you may be tossed off!
